Jyll Bradley is an artist working in photography, text and installation. Her work is often a response to the particularities of site, place and people. Current projects include a major commission for Liverpool European Capital of Culture '08 where later in the year she will exhibit a new solo work at The Walker Museum and Art Gallery as well as launch her artist's book; both of which are reflections upon Liverpool's rich and complex botanic history. Bradley will have a solo show at Newlyn Art Gallery in 2009. She graduated from Goldsmith's in 1988 and from The Slade School of Fine Art in 1993.
